Location was in quiet residential area, within 5 min walking distance to Shinjuku and Eoda lines, Similarly close to Lawsons, 7 Eleven and Family Mart; and restaurants and bakery. Front desk staff was friendly and very helpful. Super clean and cozy. Sufficient space for a family of 5 with 3 teenagers. Only suggestion would be to add a shoe shelf in the entry way as it can get crowded with shoes, which blocks toilet entrance.

We absolutely loved East Square from the first second we were greeted by the most friendly and professional team. Our apartment was spacious and comfortable, and offered a variety of nice little extras (like pyjamas). We really enjoyed our stay there.

Awesome little hotel in the outskirts of central Tokyo. Can't fault anything about the hotel, clean, quiet and very friendly staff, particularly Yu who always greeted us with his happy and friendly energy! One issue we had was that the washing machine was broken in the room, but the hotel were quick to take action and provided us with free laundry service as a replacement! Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in a quieter area of Tokyo, whilst remaining a stone's throw away from convenience stores, public transport and metro stations.

Great little apartment in a super convenient location for getting around (2 mins walk from metro on the oedin line). Very quiet and comfortable. Spacious by Japanese standards. Very comfy beds, good little kitchen, quality bathroom. Reception workers very super friendly and helpful. Moroshita is a great residential area with local restaurants and a good super market within walking distance. Loved being tucked away from tourist area in a quieter area. Yet able to get to everything we wanted easily and quickly.

This property was wonderful. We stayed with a family of six and it had plenty of room to accommodate all of us. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff and service was fantastic, the went above and beyond to accommodate us all. Train station was close by and easily accessible. Lots of local restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay again!

We were a family of 5 (3 adults & 2 kids) and had such a lovely stay at East Square. The location was perfect - it was within a 3 min walk to the station and there were many dining options around the area. The apartment was fantastic - it was a decent size for Japanese standards and having a washer/dryer in the apartment was a big plus. The reception staff were so lovely and helpful, my kids still say how much they miss them. We'll be definitely staying here again next time we come to Tokyo!

All the staff were amazing! From the moment we arrived (Yu checked us in who was wonderful), the staff we talked to the next day to the staff that checked us out, they were all so amazing. Look forward to future stays here again. It's close to train station so you can pretty much get wherever you need to be!

We like the amenities of the room with kitchenette for our family. We like the room was kept clean in general like the dining table was not oily or dusty to touch and decent size for Japan standards. We like the friendly staff especially Yu san. He was very personable so much so my son loves him. We like that the staff can speak English. We like that the hotel is 5 min walking distance to the nearest train station. We don't like the comforter inside the white sheets were stained (we question if it has been cleaned especially the color is yellow compared to outside sheet cover) and that the outside sheet cover has a large opening to let it slide out as we shift positions during sleeping. We don't like the bathroom countertop is made of wood which cause water seepage and noticeable stains from past usage. We would like to see more wall hooks for our bags and bath towels. Overall a good solid choice.

The front desk employees were very friendly and helpful with every question I asked. The location was great and safe to walk around at night to local grocery stores 2 blocks down.Our go to’s were 7/11 and Lawsons.Around the block from subway station which was super convenient! Kitchenette also included pots , plates , cups , mugs and utensils !The washing machine was a good size and detergent was provided. I liked that the shower and toilet were in separate rooms. Will definitely be booking again for next trip !

Hannah and Yu were amazing, always assisting and making accomodations for us. The hotel was clean and in a safe, quiet area, a 2 min walk to the train station. Would stay here again for sure. Thank you East Square!

Extremely friendly staff, very quiet residential neighborhood, directly adjacent to subway. Not much in neighborhood in way of restaurants, shopping, or entertainment but a 20 subway ride away
