I wouldn’t recommend it. The pool can only be used by paying PER HOUR, which I found an abuse. They also have the Japanese baths (sento) for guests but I wasn’t able to use them because they don’t allow tattoos. The room is very small and the AC temperature can’t be controlled from the room (it’s centrally managed). They have a laundry room with 3 machines for the entire hotel, (4 in reality but 1 wasn’t working), which is insufficient; we weren’t able to fo laundry because the 3 were always occupied (at nights there was even a line of people waiting). For the price and limited facilities, it’s not worth it.

Ok hotel. Got a good price thankfully. Rooms are extremely small but very clean. Bed is against the wall. Bathrooms no bigger than an airplane size with an individual shower. Can’t shower with the door open may set off fire alarm…Good location lots of restaurants and easy metro access.

Smallest hotel room I have seen in Japan. It is not a problem but if you have luggage can be very uncomfortable. The beds were moderately comfortable, but the bed Fran was a simple metal sheet and mattresses were thin. They did not have a gym.

This hotel is so great. I wanna keep it and keep it to myself a “gate keep” If ever in Roppongi definitely book here you won’t regret it . Even if you’re staying in Tokyo book here and travel into Tokyo much cheaper way better amenities the highlight is the Osen take advantage of it if your day traveler or backpacker or long stay it’s always clean and it’s a great way to decompress after a long day of traveling and sightseeing. The hotel lobby is the best representation of opulence and beauty. It has a great pool view of the Tokyo Tower! The only drawback is the rooms are small so take that in mind if traveling with a partner or a family may need to ask request to see the room before confirming your booking, but that is to be expected generally in Japan or Tokyo specifically.

Lots of amenities but the pool Was not advertised as an extra payment . The pool was also closed for the season and this was not advertised on the website The laundry was helpful and cheap if you could manage to get a spot. The spa was small but relaxing. Overall was great because the location was next to everything !

4 washing machines for an 18 floor hotel was madness, it was literally always in use and a queue, even at 3am which is when we managed to get to a machine The room was small but functional
