"Right next to Numazu Station, so great location for getting to/from. Huge room by Japanese business hotel standards. V friendly staff and I was allowed to check-in slightly earlier upon arrival. Hotel rules mean that room is fully serviced after night three even if it does not require servicing. ..."

Very good not great
"The food options were just ok for buffet and very over priced. The private onsen was lovely. Unfortunately the kids pool was very loud in the evening so it made it hard to enjoy. Also was suprised that there really was no view of Mount Fuji which had been advertised."
