The accommodation was truly outstanding. The attention to detail in the design of the apartments and in house facilities were exceptional however the reception staff lacked basic training and knowledge which was disappointing.

It was a fairly simple stay, with just the basics in the room. Since we live in Japan, were used to certain aspects of a hotel room here, such as a tea kettle and coffee, plus some cups - and we missed those things.
