Four star cottage in glorious Devon countryside, indoor pool, sauna, WiFi

The Granary is a welcoming detached two-storey country cottage, sleeping 4 people (+ cot), set in the beautiful East Devon countryside, only 15 minutes’ drive from the M5 (J27). Guests have the shared use of a large, warm, indoor swimming pool (run on a rota system), sauna, fitness room, children's play areas, 12 ft trampoline, laundry facilities, enclosed pond area with ducks and friendly chickens and two acres of grounds.

Upstairs in the cottage, there are two attractive bedrooms (one double and one twin) and on the ground floor is the bathroom, a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge and separate freezer and the lounge area with flat screen television, DVD player and free WiFi Internet access. The cottage has a log burner, a treat for cosy evenings in, as well as oil fired central heating. The Granary has its own enclosed patio area, which is perfect for enjoying a drink as the sun sets, as well as its own private parking area. Stair gates are fitted and cots and highchairs are available on request (no extra charge).

We are pet-friendly and welcome well behaved dogs, for which there is a surcharge of £25 per dog per week.
