The location is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and truly feels like a hidden getaway. The house itself was lovely, warm, and welcoming — very clean and clearly well cared for. We especially appreciated how relaxing and private the setting was. Dave was an amazing and attentive host, always responsive and thoughtful. He even left a wonderful welcome surprise in the fridge with orange juice, milk, bagels, and a great selection of coffee pods — such a kind gesture that made us feel right at home. The beds were a bit smaller and not quite as comfortable as we’re used to, but everything else made up for it. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we’d happily return to enjoy the tranquility again.

It would be impossible to not relax at this property. The view of the water and sunsets from the quiet deck are spectacular! However, the invaluable asset with this property is its owner. David responded promptly to any questions but more importantly reached out on several occasions to provide recommendations for restaurants and activities and to simply to check in to see if there was anything we needed. Very responsive! Seamless trip and that makes it so pleasant. Highly recommend!Rick

Excellent Tiverton trip. The view of the bay is lovely, sunsets beautiful. Family of 5 had plenty of room. Well stocked kitchen and thanks for the fridge additions, nice way to welcome new guests. We would most certainly come back. Location is worth the stay.

Peaceful, Close to Newport

Check in was super easy w David messaging lock box code early day of arrival. Kitchen was mostly stocked. Though we bought our own food, there were bagels and eggs, milk, and an assortment of coffee pods. The place could use some SHARP kitchen knives and a new non-stick frying pan. I did find one pan that with copious amounts of butter and non-stock spray an omellete could be produced.

Hidden Gem!!

Awesome property! Lots of amenities, well taken care of property. You feel at home almost immediately. Very receptive owner with great communication. Large enough you don't feel crowded but yet you feel like you are away from everything...very peaceful!!! I spent alot of time relaxing on the deck with this amazing view!!

Long Weekend Getaway

Our long weekend at this property was perfection. The property, location and communication were all truly exceptional and that is high praise coming from a life long hotel exec. My husband and I stayed with our 3 adult children, our 3 year old grandson and their two fur kids. We were so pleased with the serenity of the private beach area and the comfort of the outdoor deck that we debated not venturing into Newport and staying anchored at the property. Beds are comfortable, the house was spotless and equipped with everything we needed, which is again high praise from someone who cooked every meal at the property for the group. We highly recommend and would happily stay here again! A HUGE thanks to our hosts for a beautiful family vacation.
