Location was good for stores, easy highway access, fast food. House is in an old subdivision. Missing items that other properties had plenty of. No dish soap or cleaning sponge. They provided only basic salt/pepper and some oil.Found 2 used bars of soap in master shower. No bath mats. Backyard was not pleasant, over grown yard, tree cuttings, dirty table and chairs. Washer and dryer were fine.Not my house, so i wont judge on paint, and such.

Everything was great. The house was as advertised. The only suggestion is to have specific directions on how to lock/unlock the Kwikset door, and operation of the tv remotes. We would stay again!

Great Rental

This property is clean, quiet, and most importantly has comfortable beds. We had to do a lot of work clearing my cousin's home because he passed away. We got a good night's sleep every night we were there, which made the work SO much easier each and every day! If I'm in Titusville again, this place will be my first choice to stay!

Convenient and quiet

Easy access to expressways, grocery stores, restaurants. The house was comfortable enough for us. They have a cute little patio in back which would be nice in cooler weather. Didn’t see a coffee pot or salt/pepper shakers. Neighborhood quiet. Enjoyed our stay.

We never heard from owner on what the key code was. Had to contact Expedia to contact them to talk with us. We had a 3-night stay. Only enough toilet paper for 1 day. No shampoo nor body soap as advertised. No grill that we saw. It’s a basic 50’s house in a bit of a run down neighborhood. Letter couch & chairs that once you sit on you can’t get back up. TV was set for Spanish and we couldn’t change it to English in Netflix. But I have to say, I never slept so good. And we were close to the launch pad and saw a rocket launch.
