I HATE Hotels.com!!!!!!!!

I went online to book March 22nd, only they changed the date to the 23rd, which was impossible because I was heading out of Orlando back home on Sunday evening, March 23rd. This hotel has a non-refundable policy, but I stayed there on Saturday night. They SHOULD refund the money I inadvertently paid for March 23rd.

The property was in a good location, the front desk staff was courteous and helpful. The property is aged, and we were told that they were getting ready for a renovation. We had only one issue with the keycard and access initially which i would attribute to the age of the facility, but their employees took care of it quickly...

The hotel is old and could use a remodel. The room is spacious, everything was clean, including the sheets and the bathroom, and there was no unpleasant odor. The area is safe, close to restaurants and highways and there's plenty of parking, which is included in the daily rate. Overall, you get what you pay for.

Room was very clean but old had a couple issues with the key card in the room did smell a little musty when I first got in there opened the door window for a little bit that went away

Good bones

Excellent mattress, nice pillows, windows that open for fresh air. In midst of upgrading, expect it to be even better next time. Full service Denny's in house. The building has good bones.
