Nice cottage with patio and barbecue in Titulcia, such a wonderful village in the southeast of Madrid just 33km far from the capital where the Jarama and Tajuña rivers converge.
It is a completely independent house with two floors and a cozy Spanish-style patio with gas barbecue. The ground floor consists of a living-dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed. On the upper floor, two more bedrooms complete the house -one with a double bed and the other with two single beds- and a large dining room which has a balcony with views to the village.
