Quaint old property, but very reasonably restored and maintained. Although minimalistic in number, the staff were very helpful, friendly and efficient. a lasting good memory for me.

Lovely team have taken on a challenge, beautiful building full of surprises. I wish them every success. Great idea with the Tuesday menu, give it a try
The Mill House is a lovely and quaint hotel in the most beautiful surroundings. The staff were amazing and so welcoming. Getting to the rooms upstairs can be challenging with cases but the rooms were clean with updated modern bathrooms. The inn is hundreds of years old so some quirks are expected. It’s just up the road from the stunning beach of Port William. Don’t miss it!
Little gem of a place. Really enjoyed staying here. The room was clean and cosy and the whole place has a welcoming feel. Breakfast in the morning was also very good
Lovely quiet place to stay near the sea. Friendly staff and home cooked food.

Had better hotels
My fish was cold and watery. Pool table in middle of restaurant with the tables around it 2 lads playing. Wasn’t what you want while eating dinner. Breakfast was nice no complaints there. My room was above the bar. At 10pm they started karaoke the next night a quiz night that was very loud also for someone getting up at 4am the next day. My work mate was in another room and couldn’t hear anything but was on the floor above me. So if you want peaceful night don’t get the room above the bar or on the floor.

Evening food was good but some delays (short staffed). Breakfast felt rushed & was very ordinary with poor coffee. Was an acceptable place but nothing special. Wouldn’t go again.
Spent an enjoyable night with my husband at the Mill House Inn. Dinner and breakfast were good. However this is an old property and the drawbacks are that there is no soundproofing and our room’s floor was not flat.

A warm and friendly welcome, lovely staff, clean and comfortable rooms. We spent one night at NYE here and the food and entertainment was great. Lovely breakfast! Thanks to everyone for a great stay at the Mill House, we’ll definitely be back!
Problem with the room but sorted quickly and efficiently without any hassle at all. Cost hotel and obviously very popular bar with lots of choice. Breakfast is as lovely and staff all super friendly
