A special feature is the balcony on the second floor, which connects the two bedrooms and contains a small corner for resting and enjoying the view. Each of the four en-suite bathrooms has a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. Every bathroom has underfloor heating, and in addition to hair dryers, personal hygiene products are also available.

The grounds of the Villa Grgo extend over 1,600 m², and are adorned with a large swimming pool and sunbathing area.
