It was not stated on Expedia that there was renovations being done! Lots of noise. Workers not friendly and such as maid staff not responding to guests. Definitely rooms rushed to renovation and gluing and painting scents not pleasing to guests. The front desk was very kind when I spilled my soda and came and mopped it with a smile.

No body wash, no bowls, so why the microwave, no freezer, and most of all no hangers and only one trash can, in the bathroom none in the room.
Worst hotel I've stayed in.... The place was under construction and they gave us a room that wasn't completely finished. Room also smelled like cigarettes and ash tray. The pet fee of 38$ is ridiculous considering they don't provide any accommodations for your pet.
We really enjoyed our stay!! The hotel was newly redone, the room was large, nice bathroom. It was clean, very well-taken-care-of. Comfortable bed & sheer curtains as well as black out shades. All good!!
All was good. The only thing that was a major inconvenience was the parking lot. Not enough spaces and it was flooded with rainwater

Layout of Hotel is a little complicated and I was not provided a map of the grounds. My key was needed to get into the building as well as the room and it was confusing. Fortunately other employees I encountered on my quest to find my room helped me get into my building.
The location was good! Right across from fred meyer and across from dutch bros & starbucks. I did not like reception staff. I have been a front desk clerk in 2 locations myself so i was empathetic, but not impressed. If i treated my customers like this i would have been reprimanded or fired. I messaged property and never received any help or assistance being handicapped with no elevator. The handicapped parking was flooded. A dumpster was rented for construction and took the space that had handicapped access. The room was beautiful. And newly remodeled . The *free soaps in bathroom were empy, so glad i brought the leftovers from our best western stay. I messaged property manager while i was there 2 times no response. This property is under "new management " that obviously needs training is customer service!
Rachel at the front desk at check in was such a highlight! She is super friendly and helpful.
We were a bit worried after making the reservation and later being advised there were renovations occurring and breakfast was not available. The room itself was a pleasant surprise. Clean, updated and spacious.
My only gripe…that we were not advised about the renovations or lack of breakfast until after we made our non-refundable reservation.
We’d stay there again.

No pool or hot tub, which were pictured.
Recently renovated, no hangers, no shampoo or conditioner or soap in the shower, beds on wheels. Nice kitchenette (microwave a plus).
The checkin process took forever. The lady wasn't exactly super friendly. They're in the middle of renovations which did look nice. We were continously calling the front desk because our room wasn't stocked first with linens for the pullout bed, then we realized we didn't have enough towels, then we realized they didn't stock t.p. in our room. It just wasn't our favorite place.
