For 3 days of my stay, the parking garage barrier did not work, I kept trying the entry card and eventually had to go into the lobby and ask to open it twice!! The elevators were not working properly., One of the 2 was totally out of service with no sign of " not working" on my second day, the only elevator stop working all the way to parking floor, We kept pressing the panel and the elevators was going up and down from lobby to other upper floors, eventually we have to walk from the underground parking to the front of the hotel to enter thru the looby carrying a bunch of bags and other belongings, on the last day of our stay they placed a non "working sign "" Finally!!! by the way, the emergency stairs had a door that did not open from the parking garages. !!!!

We enjoyed a great stay with our family. 2 Queen w/sofa was clean and spacious. Complimentary parking and breakfast is a huge plus! The breakfast was yummy with good variety, even my picky kids enjoyed. Good location across from Paseo Chapultepec. Felt safe during our stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Sucio y los baños no funcionaban especificamente las regaderas. Me dieron un late check out esto fue amable de su parte. Pero esto no compensa las condiciones en las que tienen en el hotel por falta de limpieza y mantenimiento. Tiene una mala administracion.
