This is a terrible property. Elevator doesn’t work. They charge me for a second key. There really is no hot tub because it’s a ridiculous reservation system. That does not work overall just a terrible day. Very thin walls very loud. Would never stay here again.

Hotel Wellintown Dark

I flew into San Diego and the weather was bad so they diverted us to Las Vegas. Later, we finally arrived in San Diego and I crossed the border to Tijuana. I showed up at Hotel Wellintown and the entire hotel was dark with no electricity. Centro and Zona Norte had no power! They offered to take me to their sister hotel called West Plaza and upgraded me to a huge and comfortable suite!

Staff is very attentive to guests. I didn’t like the extra charges for example early check in or at check out the sheet was dirty so another extra charge. Room was a little tight but very clean and comfortable.
