Staff was great, located in the center of downtown tijuana. Only at night was a bit noisy due to having the room that faces to the street.

Lost money

There are many other businesses all over the world that offer 24/7 cancellation and if you cancel your booking, you get a full refund. I cancelled the booking on the same day and while cancelling the booking, I was told that if the property owners accept the cancellation, you will get a full refund. But when I cancelled the booking, I did not get a single rupee. If they had told me that you will not get anything if you cancel, I would have probably used the hotel in some other way. But they did not tell me the right thing or the right way and I lost my money for both days.

The property was nice however they gave us a room in the back of the hotel which was by a night club that stays open until 7am the music and lights from the night club was very loud and disturbing

Would not recommend!

Music from street could be heard all night long. Light beaming into the room from atrium with no way to block it out. Forget about showering in the morning because of low water pressure and no hot water. Price was good though.
