Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ (1 star) Title: Misleading Booking and Poor Service – Avoid This Hotel Review: I booked this hotel through Expedia expecting the room advertised online. When I arrived, the front desk claimed the hotel was fully booked and gave me a completely different room—much smaller, poorly maintained, and missing basic amenities. This was not what I paid for. What made it worse was the attitude: the staff refused to take responsibility and offered no real solution. They simply blamed the third-party booking and “washed their hands” of the problem. This is unacceptable and shows a lack of professionalism and respect for guests. Travelers deserve honesty and reliability. If you value comfort and transparency, do not book this hotel. I will never stay here again and strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

Todo estaba limpio. Lo único que no me gustó fue que las puertas del baño y de la regadera no tienen suficiente privacidad, y no es muy cómodo cuando vas con otras personas que no tienes confianza al momento de entrar al baño.
