Me hospede en este hotel por dos noches, muy bonito, nuevo y huele muy bien. La única queja que tendría es que el piso de la habitacion estaba demasiado sucio. Traía unos calcetines blancos quedaron negros de la parte de abajo! Al día siguiente “limpiaron” solo tendieron las camas pero el piso nada que lo trapearon porque se miraba más sucio! Tenía mi jabón para la cara en el baño y cuando lo iba a usar me di cuenta que ya no tenía nada pienso que se les cayó. En fin está agradable el hotel solo tienen que mejor la limpieza de las habitaciones!

By far best hotel in Tijuana

From the moment we arrived until the moment we left the service was great. All around the hotel was beautiful and extremely clean. I called and let the front desk know I would be arriving past the check in time, and they understood and I was able to check in at 5:30am. By far the best hotel to stay at in Tijuana. Will definitely keep staying there.

Excellent staff. Only thing is the roads a d streets are can be veru confusing and horrible roads, tons of podholes, and can be difficult to get to other areas, when locals are crazy drivers and wont even make stops when needed.but property itself is excellent and very very clean, comfortable beds too, outstanding customer service. Stayed there for 3 nights.
