Other Things to Note:
No unregistered guests or visitors allowed during your stay. Guest list (6 maximum including children) must be registered prior to your arrival.

There's surveillance cameras located inside the elevators, hallways, parking and common areas for security purposes.

HOA has basic community rules that need to be followed in order to have a peaceful experience otherwise you may be asked to leave the condominium and lose your reservation.

By booking our accommodation, you agree to comply with the internal regulations and take responsibility for any fines or penalties. Non-compliance with the following rules may result in fines ranging from $300.00 to $500.00 USD. The guest who made the reservation is responsible for any damages caused by their companions.

CHECK-IN

Visitors are not allowed. All guests must be previously registered.
A fine equivalent to one night’s rate will be applied for unauthorized late check-out, with no right to continue the stay.
Losing a key or gate remote will incur a $50 charge per item.
PARKING

The parking area is for registered guests only.
Do not block parking spaces that are not assigned to you; otherwise, a fine of $200.00 USD may apply.
The speed limit within the building is 10 km/h.
Playing loud music after 8:00 p.m. is prohibited every day, without exception.
Entry under the influence of alcohol or any substances is prohibited. The security guard has the right to deny access.
GENERAL RULES

Common areas close at 10:00 p.m., and we kindly ask that you keep them clean.
Trash should be placed in plastic bags with no liquids and disposed of in the trash chute next to the elevator.
If you have large trash, boxes, or glass, please dispose of them in the container located in the parking lot next to the elevator.
Smoking is prohibited in hallways, elevators, stairs, and parking areas, as well as disposing of cigarette butts, ashes, or any other trash.
Do not throw cigarette butts off the balconies; violators will be fined up to $300 USD.
Do not hang any objects on railings.
The use or introduction of any legal or illegal drugs or weapons is prohibited in the complex.
If caught with or using illegal drugs or weapons, you will be handed over to the authorities, and your stay will be terminated with no refund.
No loud noise or music from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
