Emplacement très bien Appartement pas propre Assez calme Très mal isoler par rapport aux baies vitrées et à partir de 17h quand il n y a plus de soleil il fait très froid ainsi que la nuit et au lever du matin

Excellent rapport sualité prix

Localisation idéale, appartement pratique mais nécessitant une rénovation de fond: simple vitrage, meubles un peu branlants, portes aux serrures réaménagées. Super salle de bain. Le prix étant en conséquence, nous y retournerions sans problème !
