On the main level, the open-plan living and dining area is bright and welcoming, featuring a flat screen television and direct access to a south-west facing balcony. The first bedroom on this floor is equipped with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a flat screen television, and access to a north-facing balcony. The fully equipped open kitchen flows naturally from the living area and is complemented by a bathroom and a separate WC on this same floor.

The upper floor reveals a large children's room of 15 m2, characterized by sloping ceilings ranging from 120 cm to 230 cm in height, a panoramic window, and an interior window overlooking the living room below. This room sleeps 4 with 2 single beds measuring 80 cm by 190 cm and 1 set of bunk beds also measuring 80 cm by 190 cm, along with a flat screen television.
