Lake Burton drawdown schedule 2025-2026:

• September 2025- Gradual lowering begins dropping slowly from the normal summer elevation (1865.0 elevation)
• November 1, 2025 - The lake level will be reduced to a lower elevation than the typical annual drawdown to allow for ongoing modernization work at the Burton and Seed Lake dams. (1862.5 elevation and lower)
• March 21, 2026 - Lake starts up gradually from 2.5+ feet down (1862.5 elevation or lower)
• May 1, 2026 - The lake is scheduled to return to its normal summer pool elevation of 1865 feetl (1865.0 elevation)
