The reception staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. The rooms are ancient and in many ways outdated and just gross. We were put in two rooms that had either bad smells and/or unclean until finally we were moved to a room that smelled reasonable. The deposit is ridiculous- 250 euros and there is nothing in that room worth 250 euros. The hotel is 5 minutes from the airport and it advertises a shuttle but don’t be fooled- they take you to the train station instead of being helpful and sensible by going a few more minutes down the road to the actual airport- otherwise their shuttle is 35 euros to go a minute or two more to the actual airport. The pool closes at 9pm and the restaurant closes at 10 so there is nothing available to do or eat if you arrive a little later than normal. There are many other options in that area to stay in hotels close by for a similar price and I regret I chose this place. I never leave reviews but this was such a terrible experience it has compelled me to write this review and make sure people know that if there is another choice you will likely not be as disappointed as I was.

Check in staff were terrible, lady when we checked in Monday 20th October evening time in a pinstriped dress was so rude. The gentleman was actually lovely he couldn’t have done enough for us. Rooms were clean and the suite was massive. Restaurant was nice for dinner staff were pleasant. Missed breakfast by 5 and the fella said he couldn’t take us which is understandable. We had to pay £250 deposit at check in per room which I never realised at the time of booking

Nous avons été très fâché parce qu'il y avait des frais supplémentaires pour l'accès à la piscine, ça ne se fait pas. Vous offrez le service ou pas. Nous avions choisi cette hôtel, meme si elle était plus chère, pour la piscine. Nous sommes allez au resto de l'hôtel manger un soupe, c'était excellent. Le propreté de la chambre impécable. Les corridors et ascenceurs pas super propres. Services par le personnel parfait.

I didn't like that you have to pay to go swimming or that you had to pay for the shuttle van. Those are things that should be included. It also doesn't say that on the details of the property that you have to pay for these things. It does for breakfast 20E which is fine. Also it does not say you have to pay a deposit. The restaurant is expensive as well

The front staff were good. English was sufficient. Our check in process began okay with acknowledgement of our reservation. (4:00 ish). Then the phone calls started to the room staff to see if our room was ready. The first phone conversation went on for 4-5 minutes and the second conversation was 2-3 minutes. We were given a room that was ok but was obviously a replacement room for the one we booked. This room was meant as a handicapped room. The room did not have a king bed as was promised in the reservation (it was a twin). There were a couple of spider webs hanging from the ceiling and the cutlery was enough for one person only. Never again.

Rooms and hotel needs renovation, first room had no shower door, second room the heating couldn’t be turned off. Night staff are very immature and unprofessional, not caring that the rooms given have issues. When we had an issue with our room there was three air hostesses who were given rooms that were already occupied, one lady was given two occupied rooms. Staff didn’t care. Overpriced
