I did not have a change to stay but they did understand it was out my hands and they gave me a voucher for 2 years. They didn’t have to but they went above and beyond and I will definitely stay in this place in the future and for more days. I book another place in Jerusalem and they didn’t want to give me a voucher, they didn’t even want to consider a voucher or change of dates. So I do recommend this place to anyone.
