The villa was perfect, it had everything we needed, it was quiet, clean and relaxing. The water and wine in the fridge upon arrival was a lovely touch.

Nice Villa in a good location

Firstly the positive, the Villa is in a quiet street but 5 minute walk to the front, it has a newer kitchen to the one pictured, internet is fast and also has Air con which wasnt needed (April) overall very good and i would have the the 5* overall but a couple of negatives were:Upon arrival there was no water available, I tried the whatsapp number via call and text but to no avail,still unread to this day, I sorted isemyself in the end, the electric had tripped on some sort of solenoid in the meter cupboard, luckily I'm an engineer but not sure if an average couple had come across thisSecondly we had no power for the 10 days of our stay downstairs, minor inconvenience as it was only the bedrooms but needed to make sure phones were charged for alarm etc And no lamps etc.The upstairs toilet wouldn't flush, luckily there's 2 in the villa, couldn't contact WhatsApp but messaged through vrbo who replied pretty quickly and a handyman fitted a new part next day but couldn't do anything with electricity, said someone would call round but they never came, vrbo promised to send someone when we were in as we'd waited 2 days for a call but it never got fixed, maybe It is now but upon leaving it hadn't, only other thing is it could do with some tlc but it is reflected in thereasonable price.

Really nice well situated property

Firstly the pics on the VRBO site are a little out of date as the kitchen has since been refurbished.There were just two of us on this stay though the villa would be very comfortable for 4 adults. The bed was very comfortable.The check-in/check-out communications were smooth and clear.The villa is on a sizeable corner plot in a very pleasant and quiet area just two rows back from the seafront, making everything very accessible. There are 3 small supermarkets within a couple minutes walk.The extensive patio areas are very private and provide access to the sun throughout the day.The equipment and facilities provided were very good; all you could need, and more, for a short or long stay. The balcony area gives some sea views and is a pleasant area to sit with a coffee or glass of wine.All in all we were very pleased with our stay and wouldn’t hesitate in booking again.

Brilliant location.Excellent house.Will book again

Peaceful in a quiet residential estate yet just minutes away from the beach and a range of good restaurants.Very quietSo much so that we slept in most mornings.Parking in the road or nearby always available.There is parking on the property but access is tight especially if a car parked opposite.I think the "solarium" refers to the excellent sun beds well sheltered from the wind.

Excellent villa.

Lovely villa ideally situated in a very peaceful and quiet neighbourhood yet only a few minutes walk to the seafront, bars, restaurants and local Spars for shopping. The villa was extremely clean and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for your stay. The beds were comfortable and there was a constant supply of hot water. It has fantastic outdoor space, all very private. A welcome bottle of water, milk and wine was much appreciated. Every aspect of communication with the host was excellent and would not hesitate in recommending this villa and hosts Hosticasa to anyone. Sue & Pete, Wales
