Overall a terrible experience We got a noise complaint because my 7 month baby was crying and they tried to move us rooms at 130 am and was very rude about it. They should sound proof there rooms better!

This is an older hotel needs some TLC. I require an accessible bathroom. It was nice and big but the toilet was not accessible height and there was NO grab bar by the toilet. But there was one behind??!! Why??!! Unfortunately the cement at the entrances was crumbling and unsafe.

No blow dryer as indicatrd. Bed was noisy and uncomfortable. Room smelled like stale smoke and it was a no smoking room: Lot of outside noises Grounds not clean.

Expedia should be embarrassed offering this property. The room had no air conditioning, The wear and tear on the property is wide spread from the rooms, to the main entrance to the dining area, the doors, windows. They hadn’t attempted to clean anything outside for a long time making one question the cleanliness of the room. We brought our own pillows thankfully.

This Ramada was packed full of evacuees from the fires raging in Canada. So, they were short on staff and supplies. Easy to understand. However, the hotel is in dire need of a full-time maintenance team. Our ceiling light had several burned-out bulbs in it. The shower fan looked like it would fall from the ceiling any minute as it was hanging by power cords and was not secured in the ceiling. But we were happy to have any room at this point and the breakfast and breakfast team were amazing. The ladies who cook and prepped the food did a wonderful job and we were grateful.
