The restaurant service was extremely slow. We paid for underground parking and it was not available one of the days that we paid for. We had to park outside and our car alarm went off because someone tried to break in. On our last day, we left our door locked and the hotel service person that cleaned our room failed to close the door all the way. When we returned in the evening, we realized our room had been left unlocked since it was cleaned with our valuables inside. I was told the manager would contact me about this, but the manager never did. We have stayed at this hotel 3 times. We had good experiences in the past, but it was terrible this year. We will not be back.

Over priced, parking is a nightmare. Front door hard to open, entrance unclean. No concierge, getting luggage in and out was cumbersome. Heating needed servicing when we arrived. Homeless in walkway to downtown eating. Not recommended
