Overall it was great. However, I did not appreciate having cobwebs/spider webs in the room (by the bathroom mirror). I think this comfort Inn has so much potential but it really needs someone to look at details like removing webs.

We stayed here overnight before going to sequoia national park the next morning. The facility is fine. Our room was ok. Spacious, somewhat old. The sink didn’t drain well but overall everything was fine. The breakfast which is included was decent the next morning.

Great room, great bed, but the hotel has a thief working for them. This morning we checked out at 7:13 and started a tour of Sequoia. We had only been gone 32 minutes when my wife discovered she had left her fairly expensive black sweater hanging in the closet of our room. I immediately called the front desk and asked the lady if she would please go to our room and I gave her the number and check for the sweater. Told her we had just checked 35 minutes ago and my wife left her black sweater hanging in the closet. The lady said she would have someone go check. I called back an hour and a half and asked if they had found it. The lady replied I will have someone go check. I called back around noon and asked if anyone had found it. She said wait a minute and let me check. After a couple of minutes she said no one had found it. We will never stay in a Comfort Inn and Suites again and I will cancel my rewards membership.
