They had a very complete and extensive breakfast. Also, many restaurants surround the property with a full service Starbucks right across the street where you can walk. Staff were extremely nice and helpful and finally, the heating/cooling unit in the room operated nearly silently and was controlled by an easily operated wall thermostat. Our room was extraordinarily clean, comfortable and updated.

Double loss

The local hotel canceled my reservation after they hung up on my call asking to change the date. Since I called and was on hold and disconnected I decided to fulfill my reservation arrived at 12:50am to find my reservation cancelled. I was able to rebook at a higher rate outside hotels.com. Double loss you lost the booking and income and I paid a higher price by having to rebook locally.
