I've stayed here multiple times the last few months for work and the rooms are usually pretty clean but this last time the room I got had dirty floors that hadn't been swept/vacuumed or mopped. Food crumbs and dead bugs on the floor along with hair. Multiple stains on the tile that look like they just need to be mopped up. A couple of the towels had dirty stains on them as if they were dropped on the floor or ran over with a cart. Other than that the rest of the room was decent. Was a little disappointed since my last few stays were just fine. Not sure what was going on with housekeeping hopefully just had a bad day.

We had the best stay at Country Inn & Suites! Everything was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was so so good. The staff were beyond friendly! Dominque was absolutely amazing! She was so kind and gave great insight to fun places in the area. We will 10000% stay here again.

The property was very clean. It is a great place to stay. But one of the male associate at the check in was very rude. He didn’t greet/acknowledge us as we entered the hotel. He was very snappy and acted like we were getting on his nerves just because we asked for towels. His attitude was very unprofessional.
