Excellent place for a short stay

This hotel would be great for a short stay with minimum luggage. The street is narrow and it is hard for cabs to pickup and drop off. The elevator is small. The room is just big enough. The front desk staff was great and helped us overcome these issues. The location was incredible.

Η διαμονή μου στο Pillow Urban Stay ήταν πραγματικά υπέροχη! Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν μοντέρνο, καθαρό και με πολύ προσεγμένο design. Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενέστατο και εξυπηρετικό, πάντα πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει με χαμόγελο. Το δωμάτιο ήταν άνετο, καλά εξοπλισμένο και εξαιρετικά καθαρό. Το κρεβάτι ήταν ιδιαίτερα αναπαυτικό, εξασφαλίζοντας έναν υπέροχο ύπνο μετά από μια γεμάτη ημέρα στη Θεσσαλονίκη. Επίσης, η τοποθεσία ήταν ιδανική, πολύ κοντά σε κεντρικά σημεία της πόλης και με εύκολη πρόσβαση σε αξιοθέατα, καφέ και εστιατόρια. Σίγουρα θα επιλέξω το Pillow Urban Stay για την επόμενη επίσκεψή μου στη Θεσσαλονίκη και το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

We had a great stay in Thessaloniki! We came quite late, and there was no one on duty, but thankfully I made the hotel aware and they had everything set up for me and my family! They have no parking, but arranged for us to park our car at a nearby garage for 13Euros/day. The rooms were clean, the location was great, our only complaint is that (ironically) the pillows were very uncomfortable!

Modern and funky hotel in the perfect location.

Great value for money in what is arguably the best possible location you can stay in downtown Thessaloniki. Strolling distance from the White Tower, restaurants, bars and sunset cruises. Modern and clean rooms with great soundproofing from the nearby hustle and bustle.
