Looks good but needs attention

The building is clearly renovated but a few things still need attention. The entrance/lobby smells unpleasant, the ventilation fan in the bathroom was not only loud but made a very weird noise that wouldn’t stop even at night when everything was off. Also, the bed was uncomfortable and would benefit from some quality linen.

Excellent location, residential and fairly quiet area but not too far from transport; the property is newly built and consequently is in impeccable state, excellent sound insulation, comfortable balcony, pet-friendly, excellent bedding and amenities. Prompt communication too.
