Near the pool area is a toilet with a washing machine. The pool is shared with the owners, who live adjacent to the cottage (behind the cottage, so there is no overlooking view between the two houses) and with the second cottage 56G25146 (also adjacent). Private parking. In the heart of a small hamlet, Ty Brestivan is a charming vacation rental in an old farm. The owners wanted to respect the architecture of this typical Breton farmhouse while including modern comfort. The cottage's key asset: a large 10 x 4 m heated swimming pool under a sliding shelter that can be fully discovered, something for young and old alike! Nature and sea lovers will appreciate the town of Theix-Noyalo, between land and sea, combining the charm of the countryside with the proximity of the Gulf of Morbihan. Here, you will be only about fifteen kilometers from the Atlantic beaches.
