The property is divided into two independent dwellings. The main house has two bedrooms, three bathrooms, a large fully equipped kitchen, and a large living room with a TV. It includes a fridge, freezer, and wine cellar, as well as a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. The cottage consists of a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a living room with a TV, two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a washing machine. The property is surrounded by a garden with a heated swimming pool open from May to October, deckchairs, garden furniture, outdoor tables and chairs, and a barbecue.

The house is equipped with a composter for all compostable organic waste and a compost bucket in each apartment. The house is equipped with a septic tank. It is strictly forbidden to use bleach.
