Centrally located, Eliza's Villa has 20 foot ceilings, lots of windows for natural, plenty of seating, cozy well equipped bedrooms with ACs, ceiling fans, 2 full bathrooms, outside shower, large yard, wrap-around porch for taking in the cool breezes or sunbathing. Lovely neighborhood, fenced in yard, driveway for 2 cars, mature trees, lovely ocean and mountains views of St. Maarten French side.

Amber was very responsive to questions before and after arrival. Most certainly above and beyond in responding. Eliza Villa’s central location is convenient to all sides of the island and the property exudes a wonderful island feel. Bright, sunny and cheerful. We enjoyed breakfast each morning on the veranda and view of St. Martin mountains. Wifi works great, up to date television with ample viewing options. Spacious LR and dining locations inside and outside on back and front verandas. Amber knows her neighbors who lend a secure feeling to the property. Lisa and Kevin gave us a very warm welcome including a fabulous restaurant recommendation, Flavours at La Vue overlooking Sandy Ground. Don’t miss it!

Great help with issues

We arrived at this beautiful house to discover no internet, and no gas, but Amber, and her property manager Lisa, were quick so resolve the issues. Lisa contacted us several times to make sure everything was going well.

Great value for money!

We were a family of 5 and spent 3 days in Anguilla. This was a last minute booking. Amber was responsive and very acomodating. We thought that finding the place would be challenging at night as Anguilla does not have precise adressws but Amber was great with the directions. Upon arrival we were so positively suprised about the size and cleaness of the villa. Great spacious colonial villa. While humbly decorated it was so so so clean and tidy. Every detail was taken care of such us something the eat in the morning, all kitchen appliances, bathroom utilities, great amount of towels (even one for makeup), mosquito repelent, etc. Has ventitalors and AC that work super well. Strong wifi. Spacious backyard and garden. Safe area and nice neighbours. Although the road is unpaved, you can drive safely. Big comfortable rooms with comfortable beds/pillows. Good view from Saint Martin and great location to watch a breathtaking sunrise.

Family holiday

We stayed for a 2 nights weekend and we had a wonderful time. The house is situated in a nice and quiet neighbourhood with a nice garden and two terraces. The house is spacious, 4 nice bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower and toilet each, and a shower outside. Amber arranged water, juice and breakfast for the day after and she was very helpful when needed. We will come back. Perfect balanced quality/price experience.
