Nice location close to Scheveningen beach, easy access to public transport and excellent staff make this hotel a stress free choice for travellers. Clean rooms and linen and a great breakfast made may stay worth the money.

Great quality hotel. Room was spacious and very clean. Staff very friendly too. Breakfast was quite limited and it would have been helpful to have a toaster to use. Very convenient location for exploring Schevenigen.

4th visit here and was dissapointed with fire alarm at 6AM with little support and info, second night sewage smell in room from drains in shower, man cleaning windows at 8AM.Room electrics failing and have to be moved in the dark at midnight to another room. Staff on the whole were very helpful but generally spoiled my stay so won't return next time to Sheveningen

Pilow problems

Wanted a flatter pillow,as the ones provided were to high for my head and neck,but reception said that the hotel only had the type of pillow provided. Perhaps acquiring a few flatter pillows would be a great help to those with neck problems, otherwise a fantastic stay and excellent breakfasts . Please advise how to get onto your loyalty system.
