We were lucky to have a room (double and a single) on the 8th floor. We had a nice view and could see the sea from our window. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Generally good, as expected from Novotel standards. Few things could be improved: broken plug and bedlight (announced from the first day, but nothing happened), the smell of the carpet on our floor was old and not welcoming. Sooo, all in all, recommended stay!

Great value but no AC

Novotel is a sure value. Well located for meetings in the area or a pit stop at the beach. It was my 4th time staying at this hotel and I usually have no issues to report. This time however, it was really hot outside. Knowing that I consulted the website to ensure there was AC in the room. The website indicates that there is, however. There was none ! I did not sleep well (one night not at all!), due to the heat I am leaving slightly disappointed!

Average experience. Breakfast overly crowded, difficult to find seating- Safe in room broken on arrival, iron cord very worn and exposing wires- All reported. Gym access for over 14s as reported to us by a very curt member of staff. Underwhelming overall.
