New season: Welcome to our house. We only rent this out on our own holidays. We think the house is lovely, but it is lived-in and not an hotel :). It’s a luxe segment corner house.

We have a bright living room with a romantic fire place and luxe and brand new open kitchen. The kitchen has everything you need and more. Cooking island, combi steamoven, Quooker and fantastic view on the garden. Look quick for the pictures!
Toilet is downstairs. On the first floor there is luxe bathroom and 3 bedrooms (two of which are a childrens room, one with a 200x120 bed and possible to sleep on the floor with extra matrass, the other with cot) and 1 adult sleeproom with kingsize bed.

The second floor, 1 bedroom with double bed (140*200)

The house is fir Max 4 adults and additional kids (very kids-friendly). We prefer familys, or nice group of people who came for a cosy quit holiday. So it is possible that we decline your reservation. Please understand that we share our private house with you. Also since a (first) bad experience with a renter in 2020 we like to get to know you first a little and see if our expectations meet and the feeling is good, before we accept the booking.

The garden is big, 100m2 around the house. Sun and shadow all day long. Nice to have dinner, play with your children (with slide and swings) and relax together. It is a natural garden, so not totally primped and primed.

We have got a beautiful cat living in our house. So that is a bonus if you stay with us 😉. A social and adventures family member. Her name is Poppy and she is a ‘ragdoll’ cat. She is very sweet and used to children.

May 2021: We have installed a big cooking island and 3 barchairs, big oven, quooker, wash disher.

Lot of sunlight inside our house. The garden feels like a part of the livingroom. We have 2 garden sides to choose from.

The living room does have a big couch in L shape and a super relax chair from Lazy Boy (American brand). We have a large Oled LG tv and fast internet. We have tv apps available of course under your own account. There is a sunscreen rear garden side. Sea side garden does have sunscreen filtered windows.

There is a big round old wooden dinner table suitable for 6 places.

We uplifted our garden in 2021 and provided a rainwater system under ground to hold the water wich is better for our nature surroundings. We removed 45m2 stones so that nature will keep rainwater better in the ground. Our new gardenstones are poreus and are excellent fitting with our climate friendly garden. On top of that we live in a corner house with a lot of privacy and the neighbourhood is quit calm and friendly. And all this only 300 metres from the beach!!

Little bonus, we have a inflatable big jaccuzzi in our garden. Arebos Tenerife with LED lightOn a private situated corner in our garden. With instructions how to use it and keep maintenance. Nice too cool of or warm up, you decide. Parking:

You can park for free between 23:00-09:00 on Wantveld parking place. Before and after these times, a lot of parking control by scan-car.

Or you can park for free in these areas (not in the blue zones). Count on a 10-15 min walk:

- Van Panhuysstraat.
- Dahliastraat.
- Akkerwinde.
- Parking Rollygolf.
- Nieuwe Zeeweg.
- Van der Mortelstraat (and all side streets).
