If I hadn't already booked and paid for it I probably would have left. It seemed kind of ghetto and one lady was leaving because she didn't feel safe. I didn't have any towels in the room, but was given some at the front desk. Later on, I noticed that I didn't have a trash can. They said they would bring me one, but it never came. Later on, while I was watching TV, I went to go to the bathroom but there was water all over the floor. I phoned the front desk and they sent in the handyman. The float was too high in the toilet so he took off the lid and put it on the shelf. I did get him to mop up the water. The next morning, I looked at the toilet lid and it was filthy (which I couldn't see as long as it was under the shelf). The toilet had been put together with putty instead of having a wax ring seal and all the edges of the walls and molding were unfinished. This was the most horrible hotel I have ever stayed in, and I've been in some doozies. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.

Although this is a fairy new Hotel. My king size room was quite pleasant. The bed was very comfortable. The air-conditioner was so up to par. Sometimes i had to turn the air-conditioned down. The 43 inch television was clear to watch. The hotel was quiet and peaceful and i felt safe! Thank you boutique for your housepatility. KAJ.

Worst lodging experience ever

There were no waste receptacles, no cold water so I could not shower, there was no blanket on the bed only a very thin bed spread, coffee but no cups or coffee packs and I was kept up most of the night because something - squirrel or raccoon - is living in the wall right at the head.

We didn’t even stay at the property. I checked in, walked up to the room went down to the front desk to question it and they said it’s because the cleaning lady left it open for the floors. I think that’s very unsafe. So we went back to the room and there were roaches crawling everywhere. Went back to the front desk and told them I can’t stay then left.

Very disappointed

The room was missing locks for safety. The beds had black hair all over it and in it .the floor had hair all over .was to scare to eat there because the of the room condition. The staff was friendly at check in.
