To enter the house, we must walk around the villa, discovering its charming landscaped surroundings, which provide cool shade and cozy corners ideal for relaxation. Upon entering, to the right, a lovely and bright living room welcomes us, tastefully decorated and designed for relaxation. It features long and comfortable sofas, a large television, and an elegant dining table, creating a welcoming atmosphere for both relaxing and sharing meals with family or friends. Just in front of the living room, we find a small terrace, a charming corner perfect for enjoying the fresh air with a morning coffee or an evening drink. Next to the living room, we find an independent kitchen fully equipped with everything needed to prepare delicious meals comfortably. Its practical and functional design makes cooking a pleasant experience.



LOCATION: This villa is located in one of the best areas of Moraira, with everything just a step away and within reach. As soon as you enter the town, you’ll find the most popular nightclub, Disco Saxo, and the square where the famous weekly market is held every Friday, offering fresh products, handicrafts, and a charming atmosphere. Just a few minutes away, we have the Moraira harbor, where you can walk along the boats, enjoy a meal by the sea, or discover hidden coves with turquoise waters.
