SPLENDID VILLA IN MORAIRA (COSTA BLANCA ) FOR RENT WITH SEA VIEWS, WITH PRIVATE POOL up to 11 people.
LAYOUT: This magnificent villa is distributed over three floors, connected by an interior marble staircase and an external staircase that leads to a games room with tennis table , football table and a pool table . Decorated with modern style, this house shows freshness on all four sides. On the main floor we find three bedrooms (with twin beds) and two bathrooms (one with bathtub and one with shower en suite). We also have a wide open space consisting of a great modern kitchen with dining area. This corner is a dream come true for any lover of the kitchen with plenty of work space and modern appliances. Finally we have a wonderful lounge with leather sofas and fireplace. The whole area of kitchen, lounge and dining room has large windows which provide plenty of natural light and offer views of the Mediterranean Sea. Upstairs we have two bedrooms (with double beds) and two bathrooms (both with bathtub and shower en suite). One of these is fascinating with an Italian shower, two sinks and a bathtub overlooking the sea. All these spaces has access to an outdoor terrace with views to the Natural Park of Penon de Ifach .
OUTSIDE: It has several covered and uncovered terraces furnished with sunbeds, sofas, chairs and tables. A barbecue area (with outdoor kitchen and a bathroom with shower) next to a splendid infinity pool that merges with the sea. A large garden cared and well lit. We have an attractive space for children, with swings and games for them. You access to the villa by an automatic sliding door and found space for our vehicles. You will not want to go home ...
