Sea-esta Escape is a spacious 2 bedroom apartment with a seaside, nautical , beach hut theme.
It is situated on the 4th floor of a traditional apartment block (Edificio Toscamar.) (stairs or lifts available) The large balcony which gets sun throughout the day, complete with small table and chairs, looks out over the town and also has distant views of mountains and vineyards.
There is seasonal use (June- end of Sept) of a large communal pool and sunbathing area, as well as the communal grounds which include a fantastic shady children's play area at the front of the building.
The apartment has a large air conditioning unit situated in the living area and another air-conditioning unit in the main bedroom along with 3 ceiling fans located in both bedrooms and the dining area. There are also plug in oil radiators/ hot air blowers for use in winter months, although as the apartment gets the sun most of the day, it stays lovely and warm during the winter months- perfect for a little winter break!
Sea- esta apartment is family friendly with the use of two high chairs, a large travel cot with mattress and a number of toys and children's DVD's. There is also a large selection of inflatable beach toys, buckets and spades etc for you to use during your stay.
The main entrance is wheelchair/ pushchair friendly and there are 3 lifts meaning you don't have to struggle with any steps to get to and from the apartment into town making it perfect for wheelchair users and young children.
The apartment block is right on the edge of Moraira town opposite the petrol station on the main road therefore has excellent access to the town and public transport. You will also find that the drop off/pick up point for most coach trips and airport transfers is directly outside the front of the apartments at Moraira town hall/ bus stop. ( this includes the airport transport service- benniconnect)
The beautiful sandy, blue flag beach ( playa lampolla) is just 5 minutes walk from the property and you can also take a longer 20 minute stroll along the stunning coastline to the prestigious el portet beach. Everything you need is within walking distance of the apartment- supermarkets, pharmacy's , bakery's, cafe's, bars and restaurants... you will be spoiled for choice!
There is even a number of sunrise yoga classes that are held overlooking the sea to make an amazing start to the day. Just ask the owner for more details on booking.
There is plenty to do in and around Moraira from local walks, kayaking and even snorkelling and cave diving. The Spanish are also known for their Fiestas, and Moraira is host to many Fiestas and celebrations throughout the year, including some spectacular traditional processions and firework displays as well as street party's!
