Un petit paradis

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine en famille dans cette jolie maison très bien équipée et magnifiquement bien placée à 30m de la mer. Pas vraiment de plage mais une jolie baie où nous étions seuls au monde. Un très bon point de départ pour de belles marches à pied le long de la cote jusqu'aux plages de Chia et Tuerredda. Calme absolu, excellent accueil et organisation arrivée/départ. Parfait!

Wer es einsam mag, Ruhe und Erholung sucht, für den ist es hier perfekt.. selbstversorgungung dank gut ausgestatteter Küche kein Problem Besonders empfehlenswert ein kleines Boot dabei zu haben. Es gibt super Spaziergänge entlang der Küste

Ideal zum Erholen

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dem schönen Haus mit riesen Garten, nur wenige Schritte von der traumhaften Bucht/Meer entfernt, sehr genossen. Ps: man kann in der Bucht super Schnorchel und viele Fische sehen.

Wunderschön gelegen mit Meerblick und direktem Zugang zum Meer (Trampelpfad bergab zu 2 Kieselsteinbademöglichkeiten) mit glasklaren Wasser. Gemütlich eingerichtet mit etwas wenig Lux in den Lampen...oder zuwenig:-) Toller Ausgangspunkt für Motorrad- oder Fahrradtouren...die tollste Küstenstreifen mit atemberaubendem Blick und, zwar Straßenbahn, aber tollen Stränden. Das Haus ist schön

Das Haus ist ein sehr schönes Haus und auch gut ausgestattet. Viel Küchenequipment und auch einiges für die Abwehr von Mücken. Die Umgebung in Chia ist wunderschön. Ein Auto ist ein absolutes Muss, da fußläufig kein Restaurant oder Supermarkt in der Nähe ist. Einzig das Meer :) Das Auto sollte auch nicht zu groß sein, da die Zufahrt sehr beengt ist. Das Inserat wirbt mit einigen Punkten die wir aus unserer persönlichen Erfahrung nicht bestätigen können. - Kinderfreundlichkeit, Ich würde das Haus keinem empfehlen, der kleine Kinder hat. Erst frühestens ab 8 Jahren. - kontaktloser Check-In und Check-Out Beim Check Out, wird mit Liste durch das Haus gegangen sollte etwas nicht in Ordnung sein, wird dies sofort dem Kunden ohne Rückfrage in Rechnung gestellt. - Deutschsprachiger Kontakt Nicht ganz korrekt. Einzig der Inseratsmarkler spricht deutsch. Der Ansprechpartner vor Ort, der die Einweisung und den Check-Out macht, spricht ausschließlich Italienisch. Anweisungen und Infomaterial im Haus selbst sind nur sehr spärlich in deutsch und englisch vorhanden. Abschließend, das Haus und der Urlaub waren schön, der abschließende Kontakt war schwierig und unschön.

Das Haus ist unglaublich gut ausgestattet. Die Übergabe funktionierte problemlos. Die Maklerin Karin war immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Der "Gute Geist" vor Ort, Ornella, war immer erreichbar und stets pünktlich . Die Lage des Hauses ist gut, ein kleiner Zustieg über Steine zum Meer in 100 Entfernung. Die schönen Strände von Chia in weniger als 5 Km erreichbar. Ein sehr empfehlenswertes Haus in absolut ruhiger Lage. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und gut erholt,

Bella casa in posto molto tranquillo

Bella casa in fondo a via privata, molto tranquilla Accessibilità a piedi a due calette belle però la sabbia è più gradevole nelle grande spiaggie di Tuerreda e Chia molto vicine con la macchina. Casa arredata e fornita per l’arrivo con tutte cose di prima necessità, molto comodo - grazie per questo Biancheria cambiata dopo una settimana Manca solo l’aria condizionata ! (Perché di notte ci sono tante zanzare se si lasciano le finestre aperte)
