This 19th-century house, typical of the Haute Gironde region, is located in the Côtes de Bourg vineyards, surrounded by vineyards. It features a mature garden and parking. On the ground floor: a large living room with large bay windows, a lounge area (leather sofa and 1-meter flat-screen TV) and a dining room.
