Flowers house is a beautiful newly built villa located in the Marina of Tertenia, precisely in Foxi Murdegu, just 550 meters from the beach.
The house is equipped with all the comforts to be able to spend your holidays in all serenity and tranquility, in a still unspoiled place away from mass tourism.

The house has a maximum of 4 beds, with 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with a bunk bed of which the upper bed is a single bed while the lower one is for a square and a half.
A large living room with single sofa bed and a super-equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, kettle and microwave. An internal bathroom with shower.

Outside a spacious veranda furnished with table and chairs for your evening dinners and large spaces in the garden to relax or sunbathe in complete serenity and complete privacy!

New and nice furnishings, the house is equipped with everything you need to spend a holiday away from home !!!
Complete everything, games for the sea, board games and books for children and the sea really close to the house, accessible on foot!

Super, insbesondere die Sauberkeit der FeWo! Alles da, was man als Familie mit Hund braucht! Das Grundstück ist umzäunt und gut sichtgeschützt,, daher können Kind und Hund auch sicher draußen spielen. Laute Nachbarn kann man schon durch die dünnen Wände hören, in unserem Fall war's der Besitzer selbst. Da machste nix.Die Objektmanagerin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Der Strand ist schon ein paar Minuten weg und auch nicht der Allerschönste der Insel, aber völlig ok für ein Bad zwischendurch. Die Strandbar ist natürlich ein Mehrwert. Ansonsten gibt es schon in der Ortschaft nebenan ganz feine Alternativen. Dort ist auch der Supermarkt, wenn man nicht immer über den Berg nach Tertenia fahren will.Wir waren im Oktober dorr und konnten unseren Hund an alle Strände mitnehmen. In der Hauptsaison wird's schwieriger einen schönen für Hunde zu finden. Von Olbia 3 Stunden Fahrt, die haben sich aber gelohnt!

Gute Lage

Die Unterkunft ist durch die gute Erreichbarkeit des Strandes und der ruhigen Verkehrslage sehr angenehm. Anfang Oktober ist es auch wenig besucht, daher sehr angenehm sich am Strand aufzuhalten. Zusätzlich gibt es eine Strandbar, die das ganze positiv auf wertet. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Perfekt!

Wir waren für 9 Tage im Blumen Haus und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist toll eingerichtet und die Lage zum Meer ca. 5 min. zu Fuß. Morgens und Abends auf der wunderschönen Terrasse sitzen und in die Berge schauen ist einfach Urlaub pur. Das Check-in und - out war total unkompliziert. Die Kommunikation mit Maria sehr freundlich, fürsorglich und immer um Lösungen bemüht. Für uns war es das perfekte Rundumsorglospaket. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Schönes Ferienhaus

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus wo Hunde willkommen sind mit umzäunten Garten. Ein paar Minuten Fußweg bis zum Meer, wo auch gleich zwei hundesteände sind. Alles top, können wir mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen ☺️

Neue hübsche Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer Siedlung mit einigen in den letzten Jahren errichteten Ferienhäusern. Der Weg zum Haus ist, typisch sardisch, das letzte Stück über einen "Feldweg" zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr neu eingerichtet und verfügt über alles was man für einen Strandurlaub benötigt. Besonders nett ist die, auch warme, außerdusche hinter dem Haus. Nach einem Tag am Strand besonders nützlich mit den Kindern. Auf der Terasse sitzend blickt man über ein Feld und ein Spielplatz auf die Berge hinter dem Abends die Sonne versinkt. Der Check-in und Check-out waren extrem unkompliziert und die Gastgeberin jederzeit erreichbar. Zum nächsten Strand, den man wärmstens empfehlen kann, sind es nur wenige Minuten. Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt
