Pleasant stay

No person was available for checkout and there was a line up but they did offer online checkout but I wasn’t able to get a printed receipt. Overall it was good except the toilet wasn’t secured correctly on the floor. They had a nice breakfast.

They are pet friendly and near our Interstate. The door nearest the handicap parking did not work, so had to use a further entrance. Then the handicap accessible room was at the far end of the second floor. One of the elevators did not work as well.

The property was okay, but I did not appreciate the night check in staff lying to my face. I asked if the property had any rooms set aside for guests who were allergic to dogs (I realize the property is pet friendly, however many hotels I have stayed in past have rooms set aside for guests such as myself who suffer from pet allergies). The night check in clerk, who clearly has worked for LaQuinta for some time because he was training a new person, lied to my face. He told me the entire 4th floor was a non-pet floor. When I saw dogs and their owners in the morning, I realized this was not the case. The clerk in the morning was apologetic, but it did not make up for my night of coughing and sneezing. I will not stay at this location again.

This was a great place to stay. The entry to the bathroom was at an angle which was inconvenient. If you’re not careful, you can smash your fingers in the door while accessing the microwave.
