Ideally nestled in a verdant setting, this country house, perfect for family or friends gatherings, offers peace and disconnection on over a hectare of land, with a field and horses at the bottom of the garden. Located on the edge of the woods, it allows direct access to lovely hiking trails. Enjoy its two terraces: one on the roof facing due south, the other at the back, equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue, perfect for summer meals. Nearby, explore the famous Gardens of the Imaginary, the Périgord castles, gourmet markets, walks along the Vézère, or taste truffles, foie gras and walnuts, treasures of local gastronomy. A parenthesis in the heart of nature with family or friends.



Push open the entrance door and discover a large living room of nearly 45m2. The open, modern and fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher) will allow you to prepare delicious meals. For your breakfasts, Senseo coffee maker, kettle and toaster are available. Share your meals around the dining table perfect for 7 people.
