No respetaron mi habitacion. Llegue en la noche despues de una boda y me dijeron que tuvieron un problema y no me dieron mi habitacion. Estuvimos buscando una opcion a media noche y mi esposa afortunadamente pudo encontrar otro hotel. Muy mala experiencia

Es un monasterio antiguo al cual le dieron una “maquillada” para las fotos. La familia que atiende en el lugar, hace magia para dar buen servicio, pero no cuentan con los insumos necesarios para un lugar que cobra demasiado para lo que es. El desayuno es “continental” un pan tostado por persona y lo demás se paga aparte y muy caro. Preferible salir a comer. El lugar es silencioso y el entorno amable con lindas vistas. Muy caro, tanto la habitación como las comidas y el staff está explotado, porque todos hacen todo para sacarlo a flote.

La propiedad es hermosa, incuestionable. Pero lo echaron a perder con las terminaciones y acabados de los baños, son ridiculamente malas. Con el servicio de restaurante, hay que tener mucha paciencia con los meseros, ya que no tienen ninguna instrucción o capacitación, son totalmente improvisados. La alberca NO tiene calefacción y si quieres meterte muy temprano o ya en la tarde, es imposible, está helada.

Muy mala experencia, para empezar llegamos y nadie nos abria la puerta estuvimos fuera como media hora hasta que salio el cuidador a abrirnos, cuando entramos nos dijeron que no tenian nuestra reservación, llamamos al servicio al cliente y super grosera la persona que nos atendio, las habitaciones estan diminutas, viejas y los banos super descuidados, la alberca no tiene calefaccion y en general por el precio mejor vayan a otro lugar me parecio un total robo.

Las habitaciones eran demasiado pequeñas y resultaban incomodas. Se transmite muchísimo ruido a los cuartos. Es imposible tener un buen descanso. Personal con muy buena actitud, pero con falta de capacitación y reducido. Es ridículo que no calienten la alberca.

El espacio adentro del cuarto es diminuto. No puedes caminar al rededor de la cama te tienes que subir a la cama para llegar al otro lado.

La atención del personal terrible, no hay luz en las habitaciones aún y cuando tienen planta de luz, la alberca no tiene caldera, está sucia y sin mantenimiento, en las habitaciones y en las áreas comunes no hay WIFI. Pésimo servicio, lástima de hotel porque podría dar mucho más.

Dejo mucho que desear el hotel por el precio, los baños bastante feos descuidados y sucios, las cortinas y toda la recamara muy descuidada. Y sucia. La cama pasable , y las instalaciones de afuera está linda la vista pero la alberca sucia y sin caldera, y los camastros no tienen colchones para poder usarlos.
