This is by far the best hotel we have been in. Rooms were big and full of light. Breakfast was delicious with options to personalize the included menu. The property is full of hidden spaces to relax and enjoy. The view is incredible and the staff goes beyond expectations to make the experience unique. Looking forward to go again for a longer stay.

Breath taking views from balconies and pool

I loved this place we regret not staying longer . The staff are beyond grate .and the place is so beautiful . Would stay again if I come to Tepoztlán . It has the beautiful Mexican colonial vibe .

Great place to stay, family friendly

We only spent one day here, but I wish it were longer. To me, the photos don't do the hotel justice. It was beautiful with different areas to relax and take in the mountainous landscape. We ate dinner and breakfast at the restaurant. We very much enjoyed the food and atmosphere. They were also accommodating for my kids. The hotel was also a quick walk to downtown.

Our favourite hotel/stay during our trip to multiple cities in Mexico. Staff are very attentive and welcoming and professional. They even helped us arrange for private transport for a large party back to CDMX after our existing driver cancelled last minute. Room and facilities are beautifully maintained. The hotel and surrounding compound are a great reflection of the local culture, architecture, and artworks. Plenty of outdoor seating options to lounge and relax and enjoy the view. This is probably the best view of the surrounding mountains of any institution in the city as we know of. They are also actively building more of their outdoor areas and terraces so this hotel’s compound will only look better in the months and years to come. Location is walking distance to the main streets with plenty of excellent dining options. The free breakfast is appreciated and full of options. The only critique is that the shower in our room did not consistently have hot water, although it did have at least warm water usually. Would definitely stay here if we visit Tepoztlan again. Will definitely recommend it to friends and family.

I am so happy that we chose this location out of all that we looked at. It is BEAUTIFUL!!!! So unique! Every corner you turn there is something more beautiful. The upkeep on the property is amazing. The staff is amazing. The rooms are amazing. The restaurant is fantastic. I came here from Ohio to go to a wedding and I truly wish that I had a reason to come back because I have 2 other rooms that I would love to try out! I was truly happy with everything about my visit.

A colonial architecture with impressive views of the Tepozteco, and beautiful gardens, the hotel has in its gardens a Buddhist Stupa donated by Dalai Lama, a perfect spot for meditation and reflection
