Located at the entrance to the village, cosy studio-mezzanine for 4/6 people with private outdoor parking - Open-plan kitchen, living room with fireplace and sofa bed (clic clac), shower/WC on first floor - On mezzanine: 2-person bed, 2 single bunk beds (more suitable for children) + cot. Small balcony.
Winter: Quick and easy access to the ski slopes of Limone (Italy) (currently by train + shuttle due to damage caused by storm Alex in 2020), to Casterino and its cross-country ski trails, to the Mercantour Park and its Vallée des Merveilles. In summer: One hour from the sea and beaches (Menton and Ventimiglia), one and a quarter hours from the Principality of Monaco and one and a half hours from Nice. The Italian Riviera is also just a stone's throw away. And of course the Mercantour Park and its wonders. Numerous cultural (cinema, museum) and sporting activities nearby (climbing, hiking, via ferrata, rafting and canyoning, etc.). Close to shops, restaurants and public services: town hall, tourist office, etc.
