I prefer this property over the other ones in the area. Harrah's Rincon Casino is neck and neck, but Pala Casino is more usually more affordable. Everyone is always so nice and accommodating. They have a great mix of food choices, ample parking, an spacious rooms.

I came here to stay for my wedding, and if you are a bride getting married in this area, do NOT do it. Everything, and I mean everything, was an absolute hassle. They are not accommodating and, quite frankly, do not seem to care. They gave my parents' room away and still charged them $500. They charged the guests of my wedding a spa charge every day when it wasn't even open? I was an hour late to my wedding since they did not want to let my makeup/hair girls upstairs, but they let the first one up with no problem. When I argued with the front desk, they told me I was to put the ladies' names down when I checked in...was never aware of that until 9 AM on my wedding day. I had one older lady tell me it was not like this 2 years ago, meaning the aroma of smoke is everywhere, and everything shuts down around 10 PM. The only good thing they had going for them was the valet. Again, brides, don't do it.
