Alma from the front desk is horrendous worker. We had a problem with our room and she ignored me when I requested a manager to help. She suddenly took off and a great front desk lady named Margaret helped us and fixed our situation. Margaret needs a raise for fixing a mess .

The staff was amazing. The rooms were immaculate. The beds were cozy. The walls are kind of thin and you can hear your neighbors TV as well as people walking above you.

Amazing quality of the room, basically a studio, with its own kitchenette. Bed and pillows are very comfortable, surrounding area is very clean and safe, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Just a short drive down to Temecula, but the traffic can back up sometimes on the main street. Will definitely stay here again.

Room was clean. First employee (gentleman) who helped us was nice and professional, but didn't put any extra effort in checking to see if the ADA room he gave us was a roll-in shower or not. Luckily the lady worker in the back was kn her way out and overheard everything and was able to assist us since she knew off the top of her head which ADA room had a roll-in shower. The bed in this room was flimsy and felt very cheap. The box spring fell through the bed frame on the right side which had my wife and I sleeping at a slant position the first night. Other than that, the room was huge, nice, clean, and very accommodating.
